Miscellaneous speculations and cogitations from an armchair philosophist.
Flight back to Nashville was delayed, turning our 8 hour DC layover into a 9 hour layover. Need sleep. Just kill me. #eurotrip2018
On our last day in Rome we toured the crypts and catacombs, but no pictures were allowed. They were OK, but I'm still miffed about the strike that ruined the Paris catacombs for us. #eurotrip2018
We missed our flight to Rome by 12 hours so had to buy last-minute train tickets. I'll just think of it as a $450 lesson for Heather on how 24 hour clocks work. #eurotrip2018
Now it's just me and Heather, staying in Geneva for a couple nights before flying to Rome for the final leg of the vacation. We'll probably check out some more museums here, and have a CERN tour booked for Friday #eurotrip2018
The thing I was most excited about for this whole trip was the tour we booked of the Paris catacombs. When we showed up for it though, the fuckers were on strike and nobody was allowed in. Ce n'est pas possible! Now we have to try to wrangle a refund. #eurotrip2018
In France we saw a couple other museums too (saw a Monet exhibit, and the Army Museum where my dad almost got arrested for forgetting his backpack after sticking his head in a cannon for a picture... fun story) #eurotrip2018
